Herbal Retreat with Herbalist and Author, Holly Bellebuono

Join herbalists Holly Bellebuono  and Tarah Gibbon for a wonderfully inventive and creative herbal retreat, where you will learn hands-on methods for crafting herbal remedies, harvest and taste edible and medicinal plants, gather and blend delicious medicines, sample teas and honeys, and take home your finished products.

This retreat includes herbal identification, basic introduction to herbal medicine philosophies and practice, and building a welcoming community for anyone interesting in learning more about plants. Past students have included gardeners as well as those with no history of plant knowledge–in fact, this retreat is a great introduction to a world you may be unfamiliar with. It’s also a strong basis for those interested in learning more.

Join us in this fun, welcoming, and surprisingly informative experience that will prepare you to craft and create medicines for yourself, your family, and your community.

Distilling Hydrosols, and Essential Oils & Women Healers of the World Presentation

We will harvest herbs on site, and distill them in Tarah's Copper Alembic Still, sharing the many benefits and uses of hydrosols and how essential oils are created and extracted.  We will finish with facials and foot baths from the still.

During the 4 hour distillation process, Holly will share her presentation of her multiple award winning book Women Healers of the World: The Traditions, History & Geography of Herbal Medicine.  This book is the culmination of her desire to record the rich heritage of herbal medicine and to delve into the extraordinary stories of women from all over the globe: 21 contemporary and 10 historic women from 20 countries whose work with plants is integral to the heritage of healing. “These extraordinary healers will inspire the next generation of medical practitioners and women,” says Bellebuono. Holly's book will be available for purchase on site, and also available here:  https://www.hollybellebuono.com/women-healers-of-the-world

Empowerment and Goal Setting

Learn tips and techniques in this welcoming 55-page workbook about setting goals and achieving results--especially for business owners.

If you own or want to own your business and you're ready to change something about your business, improve your leadership habits, or to create goals that will actually happen, this guidebook will walk you through Holly's inspiring process that she's been using successfully for more than 2 decades. It's easy, uplifting, encouraging and specific.

Get things done--make positive changes in your business using this guide and its helpful worksheets. Whether you want to relocate your business, invent and introduce a new product, establish a board or a success team, or increase revenues in a natural way with integrity and creativity, Holly's process will guide you step-by-step so you can identify your most desired goals and fulfill them quickly.

This is not a typical mainstream business guide--there are no formal business and finance terms or Type-A strategies. Instead, this workbook brings your personal strengths to the forefront so you can move your business forward with confidence no matter what business you're in. Learn about visualization techniques, using and benefitting from your imagination, strengthening and applying your emotions, using creative networking and collaboration ideas, and most of all-- mapping a solid action plan to set goals and achieve the results you want.
